A welcome from our President
We want to welcome you to the Annyebelle Neal Ministries , the host website for The ANM Leadership Institute, and Living the Word With Boldness Ministries. The information offered to you under the canopy of Annyebelle Neal Ministries is a compilation of the various teachings presented in workshops, seminars, retreats, etc. that was conducted by Apostle Neal. We are certain that the materials presented will aide you in the developmental and preparation process that will enable you to walk in a greater maturity and in a keener sensitivity to your calling, gifting and anointing.
While we teach many subject, we focus primarily in many facets of Spiritual Warfare, the developing of intercessors and intercessory praying, developing Leaders in character quality and leadership skills. To do successful warfare, one must understand: 1) Who and whose they are in Christ (positional); 2) Their delegated authority, power, and anointing they possess in Christ; 3) Their ‘spoken word” (decreeing and declaring), Their particular Rambo anointing and angelic assistance. 4) and, the need for a personal relationship with God which fosters a faith level unprecedented. God has a plan to expand us because we were not designed to live within our present spiritual boundaries. How we fare through our preparation process will determine what spiritual level God can move us to and if and how He can use us. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! APPLIED KNOWLEDGE IS POTENT POWER!
Spiritual warfare involves multifaceted and multileveled fightings (within and without)! There is a great need for God’s people to understand their spiritual position of authority and power over the works of our enemy. There are intercessors and then there are “called” intercessors. Those who engage in intercessory praying have also entered into spiritual warfare at its keenest position. Intercessors must come to realize their special graces to enter into the spirit realm to do successful warfare utilizing the dynamics of prayer and their special “Rambo” anointing that are available to them and to the Body of Christ at large. This is a must! A Rhema Word that I received from God was this: My people cannot pray effectively because they don’t know Me!” Our confidence in the faithfulness of God to answer prayer rests in our knowledge of Him. When you know your God, releasing faith ceases to be difficult! To know Him is to trust Him and His Word, explicitedly even when understanding is lacking.

It's like a "thread of a certain color" that has its distinction interwoven throughout the fabrics of our ministry and message. After many years of evangelizing, pastoring and teaching (48 years), God has entrusted to the ministry of LTWWB a particular anointing in which the Holy Spirit encourages God's sheep to APPLY the know and learned Word of God directly to their every walk of life, working out in them all necessary inner issues, healing(s) and deliverance(s).

Here at the ANM Leadership Institute, we will seek to train you in leadership abilities and skills, to awaken your latent abilities and potential to become a leader excellent par, to activate your giftings and anointings, and to solidify your confidence in performance. We will strongly challenge your relationship with God and your being governed and governing your ministry by the Word of God under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
We have personally designed your learning that such subjects will train you to apply Biblical understanding and rules to all facets of your leadership performances and recondition your character that will enable you to reproduce in others such characteristics and skills that will bring great glory to God, the Father and to exalt our Kinsmen Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
